I have an SBI account, recently I have transfered my branch from Kerala to Mumbai (branch :20733). Now after login i couldn't able to view my account details and download the statement. Getting error states that "NEW ACCOUNT OR RESTRICTED BY BRANCH". I followed up with the branch through email and visiting home branch. Now its past one and a half month, either the pathetic staffs don't understand the issue or pathetic SBI online system they cannot resolve my issue. I mailed upto the SBI head office still no resolution from SBI side. Now I don't know whom to complaint. I took home loan from this stupid bank. Now my savings account is unable to view, how can I check my account details.
ONE OF THE WORST BANK IN INDIA BY STAFFS AND THEIR ONLINE PORTAL.
ALL PRIVATE BANKS ARE RUNNING SMOOTHLY. Due to SBI untrained staffs and worst online portal I am frustrated till now. I am a daily wager, I cannot spend the entire day by visiting SBI branch frequently in all alternate days throughout the month. Was this information helpful? |
