State Bank Of India [SBI] — unable to withdraw/ transfer funds from my sb account

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

I had opened a savings bank account in chikoti gardens branch of begumpet (20299) on 16/04/19. Even after three weeks i am not able to transfer or withdraw any funds from my account. The message i am receiving is: cif not scrutinised by lcpc.
Kindly look into this as i have to urgently withdraw funds & transfer funds from my account.

Dear sir mai debit card se 1600 ka payment kar raha tha jo failed ho gya aur khate se payment debit ho gya aur payment vaha pahucha hi nahi so please refund to my amount.

Please return my money to SBI Master card

My complaint filed on 08th May 2019 with ID:2325281, STILL REMAINS UNRESOLVED.

Please update the status, since, as already mentioned, neither am I able to withdraw any money nor am I able to transfer money from my savings bank account from SBI BRANCH ( CODE 20299 )
