State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 16, 2019 Updated by sathyavathy govindan Regarding this, I raised 18 complaints in customer service and got this response - Your complaint with [protected] is under process for resolution & status is given as:'Amount paid to other bank. Please resolve the complaint as per SOP.'. They have closed the ticket without a proper resolution. Please update me when the amount will be refunded. This is only one of the replies. I need immediate and quick reaolution for this. Please look into this as soon as possible. This is a fraudulent POS and need my amount to be refunded.
