[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — unauthorized deduction of credit card amount | |||
Sir, I have a sbi credit card with registered mobile no : [protected] My account shows that a amount of rs 754 was debited on Date : 12 nov 2016 Shop: beijing bites bangalore in Though i have tried using my card at beijing bites bangalore on 12 nov16, however the transaction was showing as failed and i received a failure of payment message also in my mobile. Thus i ended up paying cash for the same. (Cash receipt image attached) Howvere in my account an amount of rs 754 got incorrectly debited and inspite of repeated requests from both sbi and beijing bites. My amount is yet not refunded The beijing bites shop also confirmed that they have not received any payment of rs 754. I have written several times with sbi with following references: Interaction id - 1-[protected] — on 26nov16 Interaction id - 1-[protected] dispute ref:[protected] — dtd 20dec16 However sbi/beijing bites fail to refund my amount.
