State Bank Of India [SBI] — unethical behavior and unresponsive | |
On 4th april, all the amount of my top loan is deducted from my saving account for pre closer till the time branch manager of sindhi colony, bani park, jaipur, rajasthan was talking with me. But after that i neither received any noc/ loan closer confirmation even on mail, neither they are picking my call on land line or mobile. Before this incident also when i applied for mclr change of my home loan in may'2018 then also they take approx 2-3 months for this change till then the roi was further increased. At the time this person was operational manager and looking for loans. And now he is branch manager. For each and every silly thing i need to take flight from one end of india to jaipur just due to loan with this bank or branch. Taking loan from this bank is given me more financial set back which i will never be able to recover with it's lower interest rate. That was my extremely wrong decision of mine when in 2015 i transferred by loan to sbi. Was this information helpful? | |
