State Bank Of India [SBI] — unknown charges deduction 295

I know due to some reason banks deduct some balance like atm charges and others but now they deduct continuously irrelevant charges like investment intermediate i don't know what the # is this if anyone do something about this plz tell me, i don't even feel secure about my money. And bank gave me reason about this like sir u have uncompleted loan charges or is it about some charges which bank didn't give permission, basically they tell me this sir your money is not yours its bank money you are asking them to give you, i just want to complain about my bank and all my deducted money back, i don't suggest any one to open account in sbi.
