State Bank Of India [SBI] — Unnecessary registration in PMJJBY and premium/renewal amount deducted without my consent

SBI Auto-deducted premium of Rs114 on 13th March 2023 for PMJJBY insurance scheme which I never subscribed to. Again SBI Auto-deducted premium of Rs436 on 8th May 2023 for PMJJBY insurance scheme Renewal.
I would request SBI to stop this scheme auto deductions from my account immediately and refund the complete amount deducted Rs 550.
I have given the written complain to the SBI Tandur ADB Branch to stop the PMJJBY, but NO action is taken yet.
