My name is g. Shiva prasad, i am credit card customer and i paid total amount by the one time settlement in 2017 after a long time i got a call in 2019... Sbi staff (Swetha, begumpet, hyderabad) she talked a unparliamentarily language with me and she told me that there is nothing details in the system about previous payment details... She talked with me very rudely and unparliamentarily language with giving any details of my payment Kindly requesting you that take action on her immediately other wise i go to police station for fir by the proof of audio records...
