State Bank Of India [SBI] — unresponsive sbi branch manager to consumer's complaint | |||
Dear Sir, I am to inform you that I made the following transaction (07-Jun-2019) TO TRANSFER INB Reliance Jio Infocom BILL_REJIOI Payments QSBI[protected]IGAGHSDQM6 for Rs. 349.00 vide SBI Net Banking but the amount was not sent to JIO company till date. I tried to contact the BM SBI Burra Bazaar Branch, Shillong 14 times on 10th June, 2019 from 10.36 AM till 4.12 PM and again 6 times on 11th June, 2019 from 110.07 AM to 1.48 PM but to no avail. Last year also, I faced another problem with this particular Branch of SBI and the matter was resolved only on my complaint to Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) New Delhi. I would therefore request you to kindly take punitive action for such recalcitrant public officials and direct the concerned official to rectify the anomaly or refund back the paid amount to my Accourt.
