Incident description: unsuccessful transaction from sbi app using upi - amount debited from paying account but not successfully credited to receiving account. Date of incident: 6th february 2019 Amount: inr 10, 000/- Resolution: refund of amount debited from sbi account Bi-weekly visits to bank branch from past two months, no help/support and foreseeable resolution from their end.
