State Bank Of India [SBI] — unwanted debit of locker charges (the locker was closed on 30.11.16

In reference to my s/b a/c no: [protected], ifsc: sbin0000117, at state bank of india, gandhi chowk, dist. & p. O: kishanganj, bihar-855107, i am stating events which are irregular debits to my s/b a/c is being made by the concerned branch. The sequences of events are given below:-
That,
1. I had a locker at the said bank. I surrendered the locker on 30.11.2016 and handed over the key of the locker to the service manager mr. Mishra (I do not remember his full name). On asking receipt of the key, he told me that no receipt is given for the surrender and he showed a register in which he mentioned the key has been received by him. Before receiving the key he made me to pay rent of the locker up to 31.03.2017. The rent was paid on 30.11.2016, and an endorsement is available in my pass book.
2. Again an amount of rs1150/-was debited to my a/c on 02.04.17 twice on the same date. It was uncalled for as i had surrendered my locker after paying the rent up to 31.03.17.
3. On my representation, the amount was credited back on 30.06.17 with remark “ err debited on 020417, refunded”. Igot it updated in my pass book.
4. Now height o[censored]nscrupulous transaction was seen. On 28.08.19 an amount of rs.1000/-was twice debited (Total an amount of rs2000/-) on the same date and transferred to [protected] without my permission and i do not know who is the owner of this account. Similarly again on 30.09.19, 30.1019 and30.11.19 same amount of rs1000/- (Twice on the same date) was debited to my account, i. E. An amount of total rs8000/-was debited to my a/c. Then i wrote to the agm and gm patna.
5. After my representation an amount of rs.7000/- was credited back to my account, but they are withholdingrs.1000/-, why? Only god knows.
6. Now the surprise has yet to come. On 18th may20, rs2419/-was debited twice i. E. An amount of total rs4838/-was debited to my a/c, showing “to transfer comm-other misc. Services”. I am yet to know what commercial services were ever requested by me?
7. On 22nd may 20 again an amount of rs2, 419/-was debited to my a/c showing “debit due locker rent recovery”.
This way a total amount of rs2419x3 + rs1000/- (Mentioned above in para5) i. E. Rs8257/-is being unwantedly debited to my a/c. Kindly see to it that the matter be resolved once for all and the total amount be recredited to my a/c. I am a 72 year old man (Retired on 31.08.2008 from govt. Service) and due to high diabetes, i shifted to kolkata after my retirement for availability of medical help. Therefore i do not have any enmity with anyone of the bank. I do not know why i am being harassed.
