State Bank Of India [SBI] — Wrongly RD Amount Was Deducted And Call Disconnected By Agent ! | |||
Dear @All Higher Management Team, This is to inform you that I have opted recurring deposit which was monthly charges of Rs. 1000 but due to insufficient balance amount not deducted on 5th May'21 after that transferred Rs.1k from Net Banking to RD account ([protected]) as per on call with agent instruction but why again Rs. 1000 amount was wrongly deducted however yesterday I have deposited Rs. 2k? Please listen to call recording on 5th and 10 May'21 totally sleeping on call and call disconnected from them also the same thing happened today. what is wrong with you ??? It's a totally miss managed service that SBI is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money on a regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. The charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don"t think about the customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit. Please take immediate steps and Improve your procedures instead of harassing the customers. I am totally furnished, it’s a very annoying service. This is an absolutely unethical invasion of people’s financial data.. What is the best possible solution according to SBI? Can you please share that in email?
