Dear sir, Respectfully, I beg to state that I have sanctioned Car Loan on dated 20.10.2014. My Car Loan Account no. [protected]. At the time of car loan sanctioned I request to Branch Manager, SBI, Budharaja Branch for standard instruction (S.I.) that my monthly EMI deduction should be made Rs. 10000/- on every month 10th and repeatedly I request him to several times but he was not set S.I. till date. Kindly arrange to do the same immediately. Secondly, The processing fee Rs. 1964/- will deducted from my account on dated 20.10.2014, After my repeated request that also not adjusted till 7.11.2014. The interest also charged (Loan Amount Rs.385000/- + Interest Amount Rs. 1964/-) on 31.10.2014. So kindly arrange to refund the interest of processing fee from 20.10.2014 to 07.11.2014. Thirdly, You know that what type of service made by Branch Manager, SBI, Budharaja Branch give to customer. So, I request you to kindly arrange for transfer my Car Loan Account no. [protected] to my home branch State Bank of India, Brajrajnagar immediately for easy to collect the statement and time to time any type of enquiry & quick service. Thanking You.
