State Bank of India — Unable to update PAN card details | |||
Dear SBI, I am a senior citizen a pension account holder in SBI Amtali Branch Tripura. amount of 10 thousand /- has been deducted from pension account for tax. It is because of my pan card details are not updated with my account as per information provided by Bank. So next day requested the branch manager to update the details as required. But unfortunately, it was not done & i have been asked to approach main branch regarding this.So i visited to the Agartala main branch regarding this & again i was informed that it should be updated by my local home branch. Then next again i approached local branch (Amtali branch) regarding this & spend whole day waiting for the pan card details to be updated .At end of the day it was informed to me that it can nnot be done on that day as all are busy with the work. The kind of service & assistance (harassment) received just to update my pan card detail. It is very very unfortunate .
