State Bank of India — unauthorized transaction from sbi savings account.

Dear sir, 1. I am Major Shantanu Singh account holder of sbi savings a/c no [protected].My home branch in SBI cinema road, hardoi branch(04012) . 2. i received an sms on my registered mobile no that amount of Rs 23, 731.[protected] at around 1730 hrs. on checking my account statement through internet banking amount of Rs 23, 779.26 was withdrawn through an atm at London.if you notice both the amount are different.I am attaching a copy of my account statement. 3. I have been contacting both my home branch and sbi customer care but both seem to be helpless.I would like to draw your attention sir i haven't lost my atm card nor have i shared the card no or atm pin with anyone. 4. In view of the above i request you to kindly investigate the matter, reimburse the amount into my account and appropriate actions may please be taken to avoid such cases in future. 5. i had contacted sbi, my complaint no is OP[protected]. the reply received from them was unsatisfactory.when i asked them details of transaction no reply was given to me neither has anyone contacted me.
