Hi, I am Deepak Tundwal, I have applied for 60L home load from SBI. Despite of giving all property papers along with registration paper on 9th Jan 2015 they are yet to approve the loan. Every time I called them for my home loan application status, they ask for some new document. Regards, Deepak Tundwal

Updated by dktundwal Hi, I am Deepak Tundwal, I have applied for 60L home loan from SBI (Ghatkopar Branch, Mumbai). I had detailed discussion with both sales manager (shilpa.[protected]@sbi.co.in) and (bhavna.[protected]@sbi.co.in) before applying the loan that what's are the documents required from my side and how much time & fee it'll going to take for processing of my home loan application.

Now, Despite of giving all property papers which they asked for initially on 9th Jan 2015 they are yet to approve the loan. Every time I called them for my home loan application status, they ask for some new document. They are not even bother to call/mail about the status of home loan application.

I dont think this is the problem with SBI process but i strong believe this delay is due to individuals who are working on Ghatkopar branch and unfortunately processing my home loan application (Shilpa Gaikwad & Bhavna Parekh)
