Hello, I, SHASHANK R holding sbm account in bangalore hoody branch with acc# [protected] had done a online interbank transfer on 30-may-2014 to acc. Details: Name: Ramanna Bank: Canara bank Branch: Pattanayakanahalli Acc# 12064 An amount of Rs.8000 has been transferred with Transaction Ref: IR41271800. Neither money has reached beneficiary canara bank account nor it has comeback to my sbm account. Now after giving a written complaint in sbm hoody branch no action has been initiated till date. We checked with the Canara bank of the baneficiary, they did confirm no money has reached the account of beneficiary. Now I am clueless what to do further. Please help me.
