Pan no acepr1499q tds on fd (a/c no [protected] and [protected]) interest rs 1589-00 deducted by bank sbop maur now sbi maur on dated 31.03.2014, but not deposited to income tax department fy 2013-14.Form no 16a issued by bank, tds reversed from 26as form but not paid to me.Income tax department issued me notice under section 154 of income tax act 1961 for rs 1590+interest rs 1080. I have visited several times in bank branch to enquire this matter but in vain.It is clear cut embezzlement/ fraud by your bank, if the matter is not solved by bank i will be free to go into the court at your cost.
