[Resolved]  State Bank Of Travancore — About fixed deposit

I want to dodge a complaint against state bank of travancore-(Marathancode branch-pannithadam-kunnamkulam-district thrissur).Unfortunately i am having 3 accounts in this branch-nri and sb accounts.Yesterday my wife went to fix a certain amount our joint account(26july2014).Total behaviour was very pathetic and it took 2 hours..Especially the lady siting on cash counter.She behaved very bad way even she dont have the time to count the note.Firstly they told it is not linked with adaar.We already linked and our subsidy came through this account..Now they are telling everything lost.What is this??/
So kindly educate your staff.Customers are not beggars.Waiting for your sincere reply.
