State Bank Of Travancore — Payment not credited

Almost 20 days past,
But my payment is not credited in my account. Why should i suffer, & why i beer loss of getting profit from my bank of my fund. Who will give & responsible for this late service.

India, our country is a democratic country but no one is there still to take action regarding government work.
Let see what about my issue & how much time will it take to resolve.
