Dear Sir, I had gone to State Bank of Travancore, Parliament Branch for making a challan Payment It took me two hours and the officer was saying you go to Another branch, the system is down It was a UPS problem and I could not understand how two UPS failed simulatneously The Bank should make an inquiry and ensure that in future no bank user is put hardships and infrastructure upgraded. with regards lal Was this information helpful? | |||
