Sir, My account no with SBT Balussery branch, Kozhikode district is [protected] which is my family pension account.Since I was out of station I couldnot produce my life certificate in November.So my account was blocked.I gave my life certificate on 17/12/13.I had given a standing instruction to transfer an amount of Rs 14500 to my account with SBI Thamarassery branch.My account has been reactivated now but the amount which I had given standing instruction has not yet been transferred to my account with SBI thamarassery branch.I request you to take necessary action to transfer the amount. regards Sreelatha.N.S
