State Govt Employee — Occupation of ladies seat by gents

When I boarded the Express bus today i.e.10.02.2024 at 12 noon from Uppal which was going to Bachannapeta, I noticed that the ladies seat was occupied by a gent who was in his late 30s. I immediately requested him to vacate the seat as there were may ladies standing. But there was no response. So I requested the same to the conductor and I was surprised by his reply. The bus conductor said that there is no reservation of seats for women in the bus and he cannot help me. I was made to stand in the Bus for 1 hr 30 min carrying luggage while the young man was enjoying his seat in ladies only seat. I request you sir to take strong action against the conductor who had not supported the ladies seeking their rights for seats reserved for ladies. When the policy decision of the corporation is not being implemented what's the point in creating them. By your action against the conductor, hope this will not be repeated and justice is done to the ladies.
I am uploading the photo of the bus AP 29 Z 3686 for your kind reference
