[Resolved] Stayclassy.in — refund of cancelled/failed order(order no 132069) | |||||
I had order a mobile case of inr 200. The amount was deducted from my paytm wallet but in stayclassy.in the payment of the order was shown as failed. I tried reaching out their customer care number but it is constantly switched of. I also raised a ticket (#3990) in their website but it is still in waiting for staff reply status. I strongly believe that this is a scam which provides alluring offers to attract customers, take the money and then never respond. Strong action needs to be taken against them. Even social media should stop promoting such scams. Below i'm providing their details which are available on http://stayclassy.in/contact-us/. But it's is not showing in My orders section n ur contacts are switched off n no revert on my emails.. is this a scam ? If it's is then I will complaint to consumer court about ur site or else send me tracking details..
