Dear Sir/Madam,
I placed an order on 11th Aug 2023. My order ID is Order #4881255. While ordering by mistake I have selected my wrong address and old not in use mobile number instead of the address and number i want this order to get delivered. After placing order i realize that address which got selected is wrong.
I reached out to stayclassy through email and requested them to kindly change my shipping address and contact number.
I have provided my new shipping number and address.
But they haven't read the email properly and replied me this.
" Dear customer,
You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours from placing an order.As it's been more than 4 hours from placing an order, now we can't proceed for it. "
I haven't said them to cancel my order, i just requested to change my shipping address and number.
Please help, I'll be very grateful 🙏🏻
