I have made train ticket booking from Lucknow to siwan from Railyatri app. Train Detail are herewith mentioned below.

My ticket was in waiting. But my seat was not confirmed & cancel automatically henceforth was not travelled. I have seen the Refund status of 1470/- was made on 24th Nov 2023 by Stelling Technologies Private Limited ( Railyatri app) but I have not received refund amount into my account.

I also tried to approach Stelling Technologies Private Limited but could not received any contact details. So request to please help me out to get the refund into my account.
