Stepsindia Technologies — making people proud and not completing work

This is a totally fake n fraud company. Once I book domain on Godaddy, then call me immediately. Then they will ask for token amount 1400 without knowing requirements. Later on 50% of remaining amount. Like that they will talk good but their technical team will never talk to you. Finally, they will try to patch a half complete website, and ask for full payment.
I made a payment of re 3700. but still, my work not completed now they block my number also.[protected] this is there a manager who lying and laying totally.

when I ask for a refund no-one replies to me and blocks my contact.
they only say your work in progress my assistant call you right now. but I didn't get any call from his assistant
