Hi Team,
Sterling marketing team literally cheated me to avail membership at the time of visiting sterling kodai resort. Basic plan 3lakh 49 thousand they said and received immediately from me 1 lakh 97 thousand for membership through my credit card. After made the payment they are not providing membership ID /booking rooms - some website issue and delayed each and every time buying time from me. I reviewed all the incident happened in sterling Holidays resort and asked to refund my deposit amount. They nearly 2 months nothing happened, and now their team head saying refund will provide after deduction. And threating like you have to pay balance amount or else will refund very less amount (not mentioned the amount too).
Every time they need 2 days time or 4 days time to reply but nothing will happened, Simply providing false statement and changing guys frequently and if i asked they are in leave. How to get my hardly earned money from these cheaters.
