Firstly, when we were in check-in process, 2 staffs came and started selling membership without caring that the guests have just arrived and are not refreshed. This implies that business is more important than the hospitality.
Secondly, taste of breakfast was really not upto the mark. I will give a rating of 5 out of 10.
Third, the staff at reception were dull and not responsive. Seemed that they were not happy to receive us. We have been to hotels where welcoming there guests are a must to do.
Fourth are the activities like playstation, casio, air hockey etc which were all paid. At the time of booking, it was nowhere mentioned that only some of the games like ludo are free. Cant believe that a SIMPLE dart game was chargeable. Hotel is charging us such high rates and providing ludo carrom as a complimentary activity.
This was our first and last time visit to sterling
If these are the services, why not to invest in some other property.
