I have given the complaint to Sterling Holidays sales and operations team on 4th Feb 2021 but after three weeks also there is no proper response from there side.
Their grievance handling team member, Mr. Manas Kumar talked me roughly and asked do you have any proof about all complaints which you are giving when I said no because everything was verbal discussion with your sales team. After that he replied that i this case we'll not refund your money whether you like or don't the services. He said that there is no policy of cancellation in our company whether you like or not the services.
Their head grievance handling team, Ms. Anushka not getting time to talk to me or attend the issue also. Now every one from Sterling Holidays making stories and passing the responsibility to others ..
The sales team(Saravanan & Sathis) who was praising their company like it is the best company...now that same team i replying that Sterling Holiday is worst company to go ahead with holiday memberships. According to them company make fools to the customer and latter on the sales team gets all the shouting from members and management.
My request is to address it before this company make fool OR cheat some more people. They do not provide any proper documents where all the terms and conditions should mentioned.
They do not provide any documents where all the services and amenities list mentioned..
They do not provide any grievance center / team contact No. and email ID, to whom we can approach in case of problem.
Purposefully sterling holidays management maintain the entire process very unprofessional way so that no customer get any thing in writing and they can say that your complaint is not valid because we never promised this. This is a serious issue..this type of company cheating and taking customers hard earned money.
