I am writing this mail in vain and disappointment regarding my experience with sterling holidays .
On, October 2018, i was approached by Mr Arjun ( Sterling Holidays Agent ), about starting the membership drive with sterling holidays. i was quite impressed the way he stated the plan and agreed to enter the plan.
At the time of signing the contract, there was a clause in the agreement, where it was stated that i need to pay ASF fees of INR 10000 apporx every year apart from the membership fees. Initially i refused to sign the agreement but Mr Arjun, advised and ensured that i only have to pay the fees related to my membership and no need to pay the ASF fees as client are never meant to pay this fees. I was again assured by him and i went ahead with the plan.
On the other hand, I paid the membership fees of INR 1, 60, 000 aprox in the trust which i had with Mr Arjun.
In October 2019, while i was trying to book the holiday package, while at the payment page i was asked to pay the ASF fees in order to complete the transaction.
When i contacted Mr Arjun about the same, he did not give me a response. His wording changed and advised me to bring new customers to waive off the ASF fees. I am really unhappy with this fradulent change. When I contacted the customer care but they are also not helping. after this when i searched this on google, i noted that many customers have had similar experience.
I am writing this a start of my long fight and i want you to know what is happening under your nose.
Request you to look into the matter and do the needful.
