Stick Pool Club — not providing the prize won in the conducted contest

I have won the contest conducted by stick pool club on[protected], which contains apple ipad mini-4 16gb - wifi as a prize for 1st rank.
This game needed following while registering:
Mobile no, email id and the facebook account link.
If we registered via facebook account it will directly claim the facebook account name as a username and also has gamer unique id.
I opened facebook account with different name.
They asking a id proof for that name to provide the prize.
I had the valid id proof, unique id, registered mobile no, and also email id. Just for sake of the name they refused to provide the prize.
I need a proper solution for this.
