I have ordered Sony headset from storrstudio.com website on 28th Jan 2022 and i received the product on 3rd Jan 2022.
But the product is damaged and cheap product delivered via Ekart service and the i asked the delivery person to return the product and he said we do only delivery service not return service. If you need to return raise return order to app or website which i have ordered.
But the ordered website is not working now and i cannot find any service to return my product. Just i need refund on this.
