I ordered three tops from streetstylestalk.com(company's website)
I returned one of it as I didn't like it. They have only 5 days return policy and I returned it before within 5 days. I received tracking id from a courier service as well. Hence I was keeping a track on the returned product status. I was checking it from courier agency and company's website. It was showing as delivered on courier tracker but it took a week to reflect that received status on company's website.
Also I didn't receive any update about returned product. Hence I called customer care, but the customer care support is for specific hours on working days and hence couldn't connect.
I called customer care in their working time, and their bot asked me to put an email about this issue.
Hence I wrote an email mentioning all the details with order id, product SKU and the issue I faced. Next day I received a response, in which they've provided a coupon as a credit note and asked me to consider the same as refund, and asked me to use that coupon for my next purchase.
I replied to that mail, saying that I don't wish to buy anything and I need my refund back and they can destroy a provided coupon.
