I placed an order on 28th June and till today 11th July I have not listened anything from them and whenever I try to check order status it is showing preparing for dispatch. I dont know what kind of dispatch they are preparing for last 14 days and when I try to raise a query on their app they register a ticket and i get a msg on pop up window with ticket number saying u will get a call within 24-48 hours which I never got Was this information helpful? |
