Street Style Stalk — Refund in lieu of two pairs of shoes not made despite repeated reminders

I placed order 888553 ordering 3 pairs of shoes. Had to refund two pairs as did not fit.
Refund voucher raised instead.

Now unable to place order as website not available/working and phone temporarily switched off.

I need refund of money
