I ordered 2 wedges/heels on 21/09/2017 but the order is still not arrived. There have been issue with their number which is too often, we have to keep calling them as it shows as line busy. Oct 19, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved The problem is still not resolved. The last mail I got from SSS was on 15oct 2017 saying that- We have placed a replacement order on your behalf. The reference for the order is ZVDXWZIXE. Please note that your replacement order will be shipped only after the products that need to be exchanged are received in our warehouse. You are requested not to make any new order as a replacement order as it might delay the whole exchange process.
