As per my last complaint...you assured me that my product ( #1087634-boots) will be dispatched as soon as possible.its been 21 days today (the maximum days you told you will be taking). you replied to my last complaint on 6 December and u said its just been 15 days ...and today its 11th December (1 week since then also).you never attend any calls as well. i told you that i need the product urgently for an event on 14th December.can i expect my product to be delivered now? kindly tell me the date on which i will be receiving it.this is the heights of carelessness now.i want my product before 14th December or i will seriously resort to legal actions.

Due to demonetisation and cash crunch trouble our manufacturing unit are facing huge amount of production problem. Our units largely depends on cash to run and right now we are not able to work it out in a very smooth way.Our demand & supply chain is largely disturbed.

This are really difficult times for us and we are sorry but at the same time we need your support like never before.

Your order 1087634 will be shipped between 18th december to 21st december. You will be receiving a tracking details the moment we ship it.
