Street Style Store — Delivery of incorrect size (product) | |||||
I had ordered for a dress from SSS. I received the product but a smaller size. I have paid them a cash of Rs.999. I have been following up with SSS for more then 16 days now. Neither are they responding to my emails nor are they giving me a refund. Refereence# for the complaint raised with Street Style Store 294450 Order #735093. I want this to be sorted at the earliest. Finally after a lot of hurdles my pick up was arranged and i received an email stating i have got the credit note. I have been trying to login to my account since then and was also given a password by SSS but every time i try to login it says Authentication Failed. Its going to be almost a month now that i am not able to log in to my account as the password doesnt work. I have sent unlimited emails to SSS but no response.
You guys seriously need to become professional. Your service is pathetic. I need my cash asap.

I have arranged the reverse pick up of the products.
And once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the credit note will be issued to you which you can use for further shopping.
