Street Style Store — Exchange order not shipped

It's been so long since I placed my order of an exchange. They split the order in two and later delivered the first split but the second order hasn't even been shipped and i need that product before 10 April. It's been 10 days since I requested for the exchange and the queries are not bein replied to either. I want the product SEND IT TO ME
