[Resolved] Street Style Store — Haven't received my order.

I ordered two pair of shoes of worth Rs.1398 with a coupon code SAVE399. So the total amount was 999.I got a message that my order was shipped to Secunderabad(where i live) but the delivery was unsuccessful due to no service. Later I got no updates on it. I paid the amount with credit card. But I haven't got a refund nor any updates if i will get the refund. There is no direct contact on call with the support team, there is just one number on the site which says busy all the time.I have emailed their help desk a number of times but not sure if my request is being processed.

I request you to resolve it, by either delivering the shoes or getting the refund as soon as possible.

A person from the company called on 13-02-16 and told me i will receive it in next 24 hours and if face any further problem i may contact in that number.Later the delivery company called and said my place was too far. But they shouldn't have taken the order if they cannot deliver it. I talked to the delivery company and they said they will let me know if they can deliver. But they are not updating me. Neither i can reach the number where i was asked to contact. My money is been stuck with the company and i am not able to use it anywhere else nor i am getting the product. I request you to please help me to get the product or I wish to demand refund and incentive for delay and the trouble they have caused me for so many days as soon as possible. I have ordered sandals but haven't received any communication regarding the product. Tried calling on the halpdesk no. which is not reachable everytime of the day! This is disappointing and since I have already paid for the product I demand either the product or my money back. This waiting period sucks and the website is a big time fraud...would never recommend or buy anything from here.
