Street Style Store — Im complaining about deduction of amount but no order placed

I placed the order with SSS on 11 July 2023 for three tshirts priced Rs798.99. Made an early payment too. My money got deducted from my back account but order wasn’t created. Waited for few days still the same issue and now I can’t even see the order placed. They haven’t been answering to my calls or messages. This is so ridiculous. You can reach out to me on [protected].
