I have placed a prepaid order#648983 for a shoes on 21st April. Since i want the delivery to be done by 5th May - as it's a gift, i wrote to customer care. I got response after a day by a rep - Atul Naggi saying that since you have emailed us we will dispatch your order ASAP and will intimate you. It's been 7 days but the status still says - úrgent dispatch' and i have no clue what is happening. I have been writing to them to respond on the status every SINGLE DAY.
The contact number they have provided is ALWAYS BUSY. What is the customer supposed to do in this situation? I would really like someone to PLEASE RESPOND AND LET ME KNOW WHEN CAN I GET MY ORDER. If you are unable to deliver - please refund! Was this information helpful? |
