I have placed an order on[protected] for two shoes and the payment for the same has been done online itself as per your company policy i would receive the product withing 3-21 days however its been over a month now and still i haven't received the order. kindly process the order or else please refund the amount back to my account amounting to Rs. 1299

I had received a mail from Karan Bhatia from your team on the 7th of may stating i would receive a mail once the order is shipped however till date i haven't received any mail nor my product.

Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis. failing which il would be compelled to register a complaint on consumer forum.
