I placed an order for shoes/sandals and returned it as well as there was issue with the size. I received the credit note. However when i wanted to use the credit note for another purchase i was unable to successfully place order. But my credit node was zero. I later contacted the help desk team. I received the below email.
Customer Care email:July 13:
You have already used your credit note in order #801866, if you want to confirm this order kindly let us know or if you want some other products then add the products in your cart we will place a new order and adjust your credit note on our end.
My reply: Please go ahead and confirm the same cancelled order.
Follow up email: Did u place an order for me as I was unable to place the order. Kindly reply.
