I recently purchased an item worth INR 1099 (vide Order No 7254499).
Background :- When I received the order it was not upto good quality and was not fitable to my feet . But since it can only be replaced and not refunded as per the policy, I raised an query and tried calling customer care multiple times but even after my multiple attempts my query was not answered and customer car did'nt picked up the call. Last time when i ordered in December, i faced an issue with boots that time customer care answered immediately and customer executive suggested to me that I shall raise the replacement of the order with a bigger size and I did the same and for which credit was being issued on my wallet. I thought team is very supportive and SSS is good company serving there customers so well. So just to utilize my credit of 599 I ordered 1099 products but this time nobody helped me and answered my call so I did same procedure which was suggested by customer executive.
When I received the replaced item, it was too big and not fitable to my length. I raised query not to send that size as its too big and I have done that because of my issue but nobody answered and sent me big size. When I again discussed the matter, and started chasing on Insta, they replied in 3-4 days answered that too being rude that you ordered bigger size . Again back to back I called and suddenly my call got connected to customer care, the Customer executive cut the call with rude behaviour and no satisfactory response was provided. Furthermore, while chatting on Instagram the customer executive mentioned that there is no second exchange policy. However, it can easily be seen on the website that a second exchange policy is available on a charge of INR 200. (Screenshots are attached). It seems that executives are not clear with the policy being followed within the organization. Further I was blocked from Instagram as well.
