Hello, I ordered 3 pairs of sandals from streetstylestore online about a month ago. I got them delivered after 25 days. Now after that one of the pair i had to exchange due to size issue. I tried calling their customer care number since a week but th number is always busy. I tried submitting for exchange but the link doesn't work. It gets stuck at the last page saying "the exchange submission is in process and may take some time" and it is taking forever now. Tried emailing the helpdesk got only a single reply that there were some technical issue with the link and it is fixed. But it is not fixed. I am still not able to exchange the product.
