[Resolved]  Street Style Store — Shoe delivery

I requested for a replacement about 3-4 months back but still not receive the same. The order id # 277121. I kept on sending mails to Arvind Yadav & Aisha for the same but the issue is still unresolved. Don't know what to do next. Pathetic experience it was.

This is really sad guys because I haven't yet received the replacement from last more than 3 months for which I have already paid... After my complaint I got a call but still no action has been taken.. Aisha called up and asked to give the details of the product I want as a replacement and the very next day I shared the details with her and marked a text msg as well as mail for the same and she confirmed me that she'll process the request but after 2 days again she called up and said that the product I asked is not available... I checked the same on the site but it was available but the price has got increased from 699 to 899 because of there delay in processing my order. I again marked her a mail but didn't get any response after that.
The day I asked her for that product, it was available at 699 but now the prices is changed but that's because of der ignorance... Such a bad customer service they people provide.
