Street Style Store — Voucher code given in place of the returned item not working, no responses received from csr and all tickets has been closed without any intimation

hi,

I have written several times to the company csr and many tickets have been too raised in their forums but without any response, they themselves closed the tickets and no action was taken on my issue.

I was given a credit slip or voucher code from the store because i had returned my items to the store (brought under the offer-buy 3 for 999) as they were not of my foot size.

One week back, i used that credit slip/voucher code and placed another order but then i cancelled that order since i had chosen some wrong size and it was good that the products were not out for delivery by then.

Now, i am again trying to place a separate order using those same credit slip/voucher code, but it is showing error that the voucher code has been used already. i want you to please refresh the voucher code or provide any other code since i haven't used the value of the voucher code-rs. 999 as the order was cancelled after payment.

I have already all the details to your given id-sss.[protected]@gmail.com but no response has been received. So I am again mentioning the details here also. Hope you will atleast now taken any action.

One week back, i used that credit slip/voucher code and placed another order with reference- VTDMHPXVA (and order no.-795967) but then I cancelled that order since I had chosen some wrong size and it was good that the products were not out for delivery by then. You can also cross verify the status of the order as Cancelled.

Now, I am again trying to place a separate order using those same credit slip/voucher code, but it is showing error that the voucher code has been used already. I want you to please refresh the voucher code or provide any other code since i haven't used the value of the voucher code-Rs. 999 as the order was cancelled after payment.

Why are you people not replying on gmail? I have already sent you a mail yesterday on sss.[protected]@gmail.com id but there was no response.
It will be better if you communicate there because just placing the order is not important, I have to provide my address too for delivery .

Yesterday I got a fake mail from you that I have been issued a new voucher. I checked my account but alas! there was NO NEW voucher. Only the earlier vouchers were present and I even tried placing order using them thinking that you might have taken an effort to refresh them after all these series of complains, but no..NOT A SINGLE ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL NOW, how long you people are going to stretch this thing. You don't understand that such behavior is not only making the customers frustrate but are also degrading your market impression!!
