I have order 2 pair of shoes on 29 October 2016. It was pre-paid the amount as 1000 rupees.
I have mailed SSS customer care and many times I get the same reply.

Still I didn’t get my order. There is no tracking number & as well as customer care number so I get in touch with my order OR the SSS team.

I have mailed also on their help desk but again same replies that it was dispatch and will get this soon.

Order Reference JEBEWSANS - placed on 10/29/2016.

nothing happened. please help.
